All synagogues in the Czech towns of Votice and Milevako have been converted by the Nazis into motion picture theatres “because the buildings have not been used by anybody for more than a year,” Berlin papers reaching here today report. All Jews of both towns were deported by the Nazis to the fortress prison of Therezin about a year ago.

The Nazi press also reports that the ex-Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin El-Husseini, is now “somewhere in Croatia” organizing classes in Muhammadanism for Croatians. It also publishes a report from Rome stating that the Fascist Party has renounced a legacy for the Fascist youth organization allegedly left by an Italian Jew, Roberto Rosanes.
