“aryan” Workers Demonstrate Appreciation at Return of Factory to Jewish Owner

A story of how “Aryan” workers in Slovakia arranged a special church service to give thanks for the return of their Jewish employer is reported in the Guardista, official organ of the anti-Semitic Hlinka Guards, reaching here today from Bratislava, the Slovakian capital.

A Jewish industrialist, Simon Gross, who had his factory “Aryanized” was reinstated by the Government when the factory had to close down due to inefficiency. Upon his return to his property, Gross arranged a party for his workers during which the “Aryan” employees expressed their joy at the fact that he had been restored to his former rights. To emphasize their appreciation, the workers, during lunch hour next day, went to a near-by church to give thanks to the Lord for bringing the Jewish owner back to the factory.
