Men between the ages of thirty and thirty-five will now be accepted for active service in the Jewish battalions, especially for duty outside Palestine, it was decided today at a meeting of the executive committee of the Jewish National Council. It was also decided to extend recruitment for activities connected with the war effort to young men and women between the ages of 18 and 20.
