Unitarian Head Leaves for South America to Study Possibilities of Refugee Settlement

Dr. Charles R. Joy, acting executive director of the Service Committee of the American Unitarian Association, is leaving for a month’s trip to South America to study the possibilities of colonies there for refugees forced to flee Nazi-held Europe, it was announced here today, Dr. Joy’s trip, to be made by clipper, will take him to Ecuador and the Dominican Republic where such refugee colonies are already established.
