Prominent writers, artists, musicians, leader of the British Red Cross and other notables have formed a reception committee here to welcome Prof. Solomon Mikhoels and Lieut-Col. Itzik Feffer, the Soviet Jewish delegation, which is expected in England this week after a three-month tour of the Jewish communities of the United States.
A luncheon in their honor will be held on October 18, with novelist H. G. Wells presiding, the committee announced.
