A 21-year-old Jewish youth named Fried was executed in Lyon yesterday by the German occupation authorities for alleged participation in terrorist activities, the Paris radio announced today. The broadcaster said that the “gang” of which Fried was a member had attempted to raid a government office and seize a quantity of ration cards.
