The Senate Foreign Relations Committee today approved a resolution urging President Roosevelt to establish a commission of diplomatic, economic and military experts to “save the surviving Jewish people of Europe.”

The resolution is identical with one introduced in the House, but is not concurrent with the House resolution which has apparently been killed by the House Foreign Affairs Committee after the testimony given there by Assistant Secretary of State Breckenbridge Long.
