More than 500 Jewish organizations in New York have adopted resolutions asking for the abrogation of the British White Paper, it was announced today by Herman Hoffman, president of the Council for Jewish Organizations for Palestine.
The resolutions will be transmitted to President Roosevelt and Secretary of State Cordell Hull. The Council is convoking a conference of Jewish organizations at the end of this month at which a collective demand will be voiced for the annulment of the White Paper.
