Plans of the Jewish Council for Russian War Relief for expanded activities during 1944 were outlined here today at the third annual meeting of the Council. The 100 delegates from various Eastern and Mid-Western states heard addresses by Senator James E. Murray of Montana, Mayor La Guardia, James N. Rosenberg of the Joint Distribution Committee and Soviet Consul-General Eugene D. Kisslev.
