A post-war program for the rebuilding of Jewish life in devastated Europe and for the complete restoration of rights to Jews was presented here last night before a session of the administrative committee of the World Jewish Congress by Dr. Jacob Robinson, director of the Institute of Jewish Affairs and international expert on minority problems.

The meeting decided to submit a memorandum to the War Refugee Board containing proposals for immediate rescue of Jews from occupied countries. Speakers at the session included Rabbi Irving Miller, Rabbi Manrice L. Perlzweig, Leon Kubonitzki and Baruch Zuckerman.
