Dr. Avigdor Mandelberg, a Russian-born pioneer Zionist, died today at the age of 75. Dr. Mandelberg, who was one of the founders of the Victory League for Russia here, headed the delegation which recently took several ambulances to Teheran for presentation to Soviet authorities. He was born in St. Petersburg in 1868.
