Canadian Parliament Will Not Act on Bill Outlawing Anti-semitism

The office of Prime Minister Mackenzie King today stated that the present parliamentary session will not act on the bill introduced by Angus MacInnis, Canadian Commonwealth Federation representative, which proposes a new section to the criminal code to prevent public utterances and the distribution of material likely to cause dissension or disturbance due to differences of race or religion.
