Addressing a festival here marking the anniversary of Norway’s independence, Prof. Hugo Valentin, well known Jewish scholar of Upsala University, voiced the conviction that Norwegians would celebrate their next independence day within the borders of their own country. Similar sentiments were expressed by Prof. J. Worm-Mueller, a refugee scholar from Norway. Prof. Valentin is the author of “Anti-Semitism,” which was published in the United States several years ago.
