The prediction that “the Nazis are clearly preparing a second wave of extermination in order to liquidate all Jews in German-controlled lands” was made here today by Anselm Reiss, leader of Polish Jewry, addressing the national council of the Zionist Laborites. Mr. Reiss said that the 80,000 Jews who remained in Lodz were recently deported to Holland, Germany and Czechoslovakia.
