Three aged Jews in the mountain settlement of Nalchik, in the Caucasus, were in receipt today of a personal message from Marshal Joseph Stalin, thanking them for contributing their savings, totalling 15,201 rubles, to a fund to purchase tanks for the Red Army. Stalin’s message expressed his personal thanks and those of the Red Army.
