Danish Jews deported to the fortress-prison of Terezin in Czechoslovakia, last winter, are being transferred to Poland for forced labor, according to unconfirmed reports in Danish underground newspapers quoted today by the Stockholm daily Nya Dagligt Allehanda.
The underground papers warn the German authorities that persons assisting in the transfer of the Danish Jews to Poland will be held responsible for their ultimate fate and will be treated as war criminals after the Nazis are defeated. They also urge the Danish collaborationists to protest the transfers.
