King Gustav of Sweden has personally intervened with Admiral Horthy, the Regent of Hungary, in behalf of the Hungarian Jews, it was learned here today.
The King sent a cable last Friday to Horthy urging him in the name of humanity to use his personal influence to save the Jews of Hungary from further persecution.
