The Minister of the Interior of the puppet government of northern Italy has established a three-kilometer wide zone on the Italo-Swiss frontier from which Jews of all nationalities are excluded. Persons seeking to enter the zone must secure permits, the ministry announced, but no permits will be given to Jews.
