The Czechoslovakian Government-in-Exile today appointed a special official to deal with questions concerning the release of Czechoslovakian Jews arrested by the German occupational authorities, and the return of these Jews to their homes and their rehabilitation.
The official, Dr. Isidore Rosenberg, who is a member of the Ministry of Agriculture, was made a member of the Czechoslovak delegation which will soon leave for Russia and proceed then to liberated Czechoslovakia as soon as the Russian Army enters that country.
Belgian circles here today reported that Jews are still being deported from Belgium by the German authorities. A transport of 250 Jewish men and women of all ages was herded together recently in cattle trucks and brought, accompanied by the usual brutalities, to the Wallonia railway station from which place they were shipped to points unknown.
