Acting under the decree issued by the French Government abrogating the anti-Jewish laws of the Vichy regime, the State Council, which is the supreme court of administrative law in France, yesterday restored French citizenship to Baron Henri de Rothschild. His citizenship was revoked after the fall of France in 1940. The action of the State Council will automatically enable Baron de Rothschild to claim his possessions confiscated by the Vichy regime.
