As a tribute to Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the World Zionist Organization, whose 70th birthday will be celebrated tomorrow, Junior Hadassah, at the closing session of its 21st annual convention last night, established a $500 scholarship, to be called the Chaim Weizmann Scholarship, to the Agricultural School of the Hebrew University, to be given annually to a graduate of Meier Shfeyah, the children’s village in Palestine maintained by Junior Hadassah for orphans and underprivileged children. Miss Naomi Chertoff, of New York, was reelected national president for the third consecutive year.
