Dr. I. H. Koerner, veteran Austrian Zionist and founder of the famous Hakcah sports club, has died in Palestine, according to information received here. He was 68. Dr. Koerner was active in the Zionist movement from its inception and was a delegate to many world Zionist congresses. He was a member of the Jewish conmunity council of Vienna, on which he remained for a short poriod after the German occupation of Austria.
