The Presiding Judge of the Cairo military court trying the two defendants in the killing of Lord Moyne was asked today in a cable sent from here by Alex Wilf, executive director of the American League for a Free Palestine,” “not to be a part in the unjustified censorship which prevents any substantial information of the trial from reaching the public.” Mr. Wilf said that the trial “will be void of any sense of justice if the defendants are not permitted to state their motives before the world, since the defendants committed their act not on any personal grounds, but out of purely political and ideological motives.”
