A resolution supporting the Biltmore Declaration which demands the establishment of Palestine as a Jewish State was adopted today at the first conference of General Zionists held here since the liberation of Rumania. Fifty delegates from various parts of the country participated.

The conference also decided to establish cultural relations with Jewish communities in Soviet Russia and to create a pro-Palestine Committee composed of prominent Rumanian non-Jews.

The Rumanian Government today approved a plan under which 200,000 kilograms of flour will be sent by the Joint Distribution Committee from here to the Jews in Hungary for matzeth. The flour will be handed over to Jewish leaders in Budapest for distribution among the needy Hungarian Jews.
