The Canadian Jewish Congress has decided to send a representative to San Francisco to watch the proceedings of the World Security Conference, it was announced here at the close of a meeting of the Dominion Council of the Congress.

It was reliably learned here today that the Congress has submitted briefs to the Canadian Government regarding Jewish post – war problems and it is anticipated that the Canadian delegation at San Francisco will be favorably inclined to support Jewish demands for a “bill of rights” and a Jewish Commonwealth in Palestine, if these questions are placed on the agenda of the international gathering. Premior Mackenzie King, who will head the Canadian delegation to San Francisco, raised the Palestine question at the Conference of Dominion premiers last year in London.
