Preparations for the re-trial of a group of the sedition defendants have been completed and are awaiting the appointment of a trial judge, Assistant Attorney General O. John Rogge has informed the National Committee to Combat Anti-Semitism, the committee announoed today.
These seditionists have been linked to a world-wide conspiracy to use antis-Semitism as a wedge for fascism, Mr. Rogge bluntly stated, adding that anti-Semitism was used “to destroy our feeling for law and order. and…to accustom us to the use of force and violence.
