Guarantees of equality for all people, irrespective of race, nationality, religion, sex or political opinions, to be incorporated into a New French constitution, are demanded in a resolution adopted by the recent Estates general of the French Renaissance, called by the National Resistance Committee, which was made public here today. The question of whether France is to have a new constitution will be decided by the voters in October.

Dr. Israel Goldstein, president of the Zionist Organization of America, speaking to a Gerneral Zionist meeting here today, praised the understanding and sympathetic attitude of the French delegation at the San Francisco conference toward problems of Jewish interest.
