About 200 German and Austrian Jews who were hiding from the Nazis in Belgium during the Hitler regime have been assisted by British military authorities to return to their former homes, it was reported here today.

Jewish organizations in Belgium did not oppose the return of the Jewish refugees to Germany and Austria, the report said, emphasizing that the situation of the refugees was precarious. The majority of them were dependent on charity and were receiving 400 Belgian francs a month from Jewish relief funds.
