Edward M. M. Warburg, until recently with the SHAEF Mission (Belgium) as a major in the U.S.Army, and former chairman of the Joint Distribution Committee, flew to Europe from La Guardia airport by clipper this morning to engage in the JDC’s work in behalf of Jewish refugees in displaced persons camps in Germany and Austria as well as in other parts of Europe.
