Jews in Slovakia who registered as Hungarians in the last pre-war census will have the choice of remaining in the country or being repatriated to Hungary under the provisions of a new agreement covering the transfer of populations signed by Hungary and Czechoslovakia.

Slovakian Jews who declared themselves to be of Jewish nationality will automatically remain in Slovakia.
