Eight hundred and ninety-nine Jewish immigrants sailed from here last night for Haifa, bringing to 1,069 the number of Palestine-bound Jewish refugees who have departed this week. One hundred and seventy left on the Cairo City on Monday. Both ships carried matzohs and kosher food provided by the JDC more than half of the 1,069 were children.
