Bulgarian Parliament Passes Law Enabling Jews to Receive Parcels Free of Duty

A law exempting from customs duty all parcels of clothing sent from abroad for the personal use of Bulgarian residents was passed by the parliament today. Jews will be the chief beneficiaries of this law, since most incoming packages are for them.
