Property of Heirless Jews in Italy Will Be Turned over to Community, Minister Promises

Italian Minister of Justice Faust Gullo received a Jewish delegation yesterday and promised that all properties of heirless Italian Jews who perished as a result of racial persecution during the Mussolini regime, will be transferred to the Union of Jewish Communities in Italy.

The delegation was composed of Rafaelo Cantoni, chairman of the Union of Jewish Communities; Dr. Umberto Nahon, representative of the Jewish Agency, and Prof. Alexander Peteli, representative of the World Jewish Congress.
