The 22nd World Zionist Congress will open in Basle, Switzerland, the first week in December, it was announced here today by a spokesman for the World Zionist Executive.
He said that all obstacles have been overcome and that a press office has already been opened in Basle. The Congress will be the first since the outbreak of the war.
