Monsky Named Chairman, Weil Member of Conference for Prevention of Juvenile Crime

Henry Monsky, national president of the B’nai B’rith will be chairman and Frank L. Weil, president of the National Jewish Welfare Board, a member of the continuing committee of the National Conference for the Prevention and Control of Juvenile Delinquency, which has just concluded a three-day conference here. Monsky and Weil, in their capacities as committee members, will help to implement and coordinate the results of the meeting.
