The Palestine Government has yielded to the appeal of the Hebrew University to admit to Palestine students from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and South Africa for the period of their studies, it was announced today by the American Friends of the Hebrew University.
The extension of this arrangement to other countries is also being considered by the Palestine Government, the announcement said. Under the new arrangement, no distinction will be made between veterans and non-veterans.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
