The second anniversary of the liberation of the Budapest ghetto by the Russians was marked at ceremonies in the Chief Synagogue here. High government officials, headed by Premier Fernce Nagy, attended, as well as representatives of the Red Army and the American military mission.

A rank-and-file group calling itself the “Little Man’s Party,” today appealed for support in the forthcoming elections for leaders of the Jewish community.

It declared that its platform included election of leaders “representing the interests of all elements within the Jewish community,” full restitution of Jewish property, immediats repatriation of all Jewish deportees and war prisoners and “honesty and democracy” in Jewish public affairs.
