Norwegian Delegation in U.S. Zone of Germany Seeking 150 Dp’s As Immigrants

A Norwegian delegation which is touring the U.S. zone of Germany to choose displaced persons as immigrants is only seeking 150 DP’s, not the 600 previously reported, it was revealed at UNRRA headquarters at Heidelberg.

The DP’s from the American zone will join a transport of 250 persons from the British zone and will leave for Norway during April. Practically the entire group will be highly skilled workman. Among DP’s being sought are two Jewish music typesetters to replace two Germane who did the same work during the war.
