The Manchester Guardian said today that since there little likelihood that the International Refugee Organization will be set up ##fore UNRRA expires, the 13 nations who have signed the IRO constitution probably ##ll from an agency outside of the United Nations Organization to carry on refugee ?rk, hoping that UNO will give it recognition at a later date.
The paper also predicted that the Intergovernmental Committee on Refugees could receive additional funds when its budget expires this summer.
