ZOA Leaders Assert Administration Has Received Country-wide Support from Districts

In a counter-blast to the attack on the Silver-Heumann administration of the Zionist Organization of America, made last week by seven former presidents of the organization, the ZOA leadership today asserted that it has received overwhelming support from influential Zionist districts throughout the country.

The ZOA leaders said that among those expressing support of Dr. Silver’s policy and endorsing Dr. Neumann for the presidency are the presidents of the Southwest, Southeast, New England, New Jersey, Brooklyn, Hartford and Detroit regions. They also said that the annual conferences of six regions, embracing 50,000 members, have endorsed the policies of the ZOA administration at meetings in the past few days.
