Charged with Attempting to Set Fire to Jewish-owned Shop Held for Trial

A magistrate in Newcastle today decided to hold for trail by a higher court Joseph McCambridge, who is charged with having thrown a brick ##ped in a gasoline-soaked rag through the window of a Jewish-owned shop.

McCambridge pleaded not guilty to attempting to set fire to the store or to ##shing its front window. The court released him on bail.
