Mrs. Louise Waterman Wise, wife of Dr. Stephen S. ###e, died here last night after a six-day illness.
Mrs. Wise was an artist and a social worker. She helped found the Women’s ##ision of the American Jewish Congress and was its only president since 1931. She ### managed the Congress Refugee and Defense Houses and founded and headed the ##ld Adoption Committee of the Free Synagogue. She was born in New York.
