The Jewish National Fund will have to continue ##asing land for the resettlement of refugees and the establishment of new colonies is Palestine after the new Jewish State is proclaimed, Elias M. Epstein, director of ##overseas department of the J.N.F., who recently arrived in this country, declared in a statement here.He pointed out that the state would succeed in the title only to state lands ##in possession of the Palestine Government. Adding that the amount of state land is not significant,” Epstein stated that under any circumstances the government would have to utilize that land for the benefit of all inhabitants, Arabs as well ## Jews.
