An appeal for immediate action to prevent the killing of thousands of Jews in Palestine was sent today to President Truman and the American delegation in the U.N. Security Council by the Jewish Peoples Fraternal Order on behalf of its 60,000 members. The appeal stressed the need for the immediate lifting of the arms embargo to the Jews in Palestine.
