Frank Well, president of the National Jewish Welfare Board, and Rabbi William F. Rosenblum, president of the Synagogue Council of America, are participating in the meeting here of the United States national Commission on UNESCO Which opened today. UNESCO is the organ of the United Nations dealing with educational, scientific and cultural problems. Mr. Weil and Rabbi Rosenblum are both members of the UNESCO Commission.
