Jewish Groups Hail N.Y. State Commission Report Urging Bias-free State University Plan

The American Jewish Committee and the American Jewish Congress today hailed the report on discrimination in New York State colleges ###########itted yesterday to Governor Theme R. Bewey. The report urged the setting up of a Bias-free state university system and the outlawing of racial and religions discrimination in institutions of higher education.Judge Joseph N. Proskauer, President of the Committee, urged Gov.
