The week beginning April 18 was proclaimed today as “Palestine Week” by the Joint Palestine Appeal as a demonstration of British Jewry’s solidarity with the Jews of Palestine. The Appeal is planning to conduct an all-out campaign for funds for Palestine during that week, which ends on Passover eve, a spokesman said.
