Revisionists Insist on Securing a Seat in Provisional Jewish Cabinet, Leaders Report

The World Zionist Revisionist Organization will insist on securing o seat in the Jewish Provisional Cabinet in Palestine, it was emphasized here today at a press conference addressed by Meir Grossman, chairman of the World Executive, and Dr, Joseph Schechtman, chairman of the Revisionist world Party Council.

The two Revisionist leaders reported that their party was given three seats in the Jewish Provisional Parliament, but these seats, they said, may remain vacant if no place is mate for the Revisionists in the Cabinet. They pointed out that the Revisionist party is the only group which was refused a seat in the provisional government of the Jewish state although smaller groups were given places.

The Revisionist leaders also charged Agency representatives in Germany and other European countries with waiting members of the Revisionist party to sign a pledge that they will join Haganah before including them in group of displaced Jews scheduled to sail for Palestine. The Revisionists in Europe Jewish state, but decline to pledge themselves for services specifically in Haganah, the press conference was told.
