In a cable to the president of the Security Council, U.N. mediator Count Folke Bernadotte today requested the approval of a procedure whereby he will receive all communications from interested parties direct instead of through the routine channels of the U.N. Secretariat. In addition, Bernadotte suggested that he be given “discretion of reporting to the Security Council on all data with respect to enforcement at such time as will harmonize with the achievement of our aim. “
