Foreign Office officials said today that they were investigating charges that Sir Oswald Mosley, notorious anti-Semitic leader in Britain, is engaged in a project to smuggle pro-Nazi publications into Germany, Anti-Fascist leaders charged that Mosley’s group is financing the printing of these pamphlets in Britain and getting them into Germany illegally.
